AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

The yoga that is practiced with name and form at the centre, is it the Divine bliss, Divine peace, Divine light that is beyond name and form, can only that be called Divine presence?πŸͺ·β˜€οΈβœ¨πŸŽ†

Divine Presence is the Source of all Peace, Bliss, Light, Love and something even more. To find the Divine Presence is to automatically find all these things. One can find the Divine Presence most easily by concentrating in the heart, in the centre of the chest with the aspiration to find the Divine. It is the faith and the aspiration that are the keys. Ideas, Images are help on the way making it easier for the consciousness to concentrate upon.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
