I mean back in my head I know that he foresaw the future and he wanted the world whose common language will be English thus he gifted us with his ultimate prowess in that language. Yes, the language Sri Aurobindo chose to be most proficient in and as a medium of his writing is surely the international language of most places. It is itself one of the signs that his teachings are not meant for one country or some sections of mankind but have a universal import.
