Will taking ayurvedic medicines help me in migraines, or is it just a waste of money? πŸ’ŠπŸŒΏπŸƒπŸ₯£

Ayurveda medicines can help. You have to try for a month and see. Most important however is to learn to relax and widen the consciousness, widening the perspective, widening the heart, to grow generous and kind, to give rather than want, to think less and less of oneself and more and more of the Divine or at least of higher things that must be.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
