AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

You have said, ‘Then one would laugh at one’s follies and hate and bitterness.’ I find this statement very powerful to counter all bitterness in me towards people. But, when I remember my past frictions with people and the way I was treated, I can’t help feeling anger for them. Is it becoming more difficult because of my psychosis?😠😡🔥💢

The more you justify these reactions the more they will linger and grow. Each one has to make a choice whether we keep living in the past and be stuck in a dark timeloop or move towards the future. What happened has happened. But by thinking and reacting you only delay your journey and make everything worse.

Make a decisive choice and come out of it.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
