Yes. It is helpful to enter into sleep with the guided meditation on. Sleep is a period when the doors of the inner being are open and hence both higher things as well as the subconscient forces can have easy access. The guided meditation will be a help in drawing the higher forces around, especially the cocoon of the Mother’s Peace and Light.
