When one experiencing the divine, is he forgetting the outer consciousness? When he returns to the consciousness still he is feeling the contradiction of outer nature or not? I suppose that’s why they preach sanyas so that the person control these lower activities by the help of will. Am i right?πŸ‘οΈβ€πŸ—¨οΈπŸ”“πŸŒ€οΈπŸŒ«οΈ

The sex centre remains same as the above head region but there is no unconscious felling for the body. Dada can you explain these things in details?

All these experiences clearly indicate that you are on the right track. The joy, peace, wideness above the head are all signs of ascension to the higher consciousness. The expansion of the heart is the entry into the cosmic consciousness through the heart centre. What you should add to these is a Remembrance of the Mother, a growing surrender to Her and importantly, some regular physical exercises so that the body is able to support the action of the Higher Consciousness. A mantra spintaneously arising in the heart is a great help to prepare the body itself. 

Yes, your understanding of the limitation of the old Yoga and traditional Samadhi is quite correct.
