One can become aware of the organs and their function, can even see them. It is a kind of occult capacity, a faculty of inner vision through which one can see the organs. Vibration-like pressure simply indicates that the Force is pressing upon that area. Generally, the pressure is felt on the whole of the head, but sometimes it can be felt on one side or the other.
