Concentrating upon the part is not enough. She advices us to use the agency of thought to open and offer the part that is in distress to the Grace. To open means to relax and stretch out by the help of imagery if needed and then imagine Her Peace and Light directed towards the painful spot. It is the healing done with the help of Her Force. It is not a vital, mental, or even the usual spiritual force but the original Divine Force.

Healing through the vital forces from the universal vital, as is done in pranic healing, is also possible, but it usually does not last very long.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
