AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Is our soul integrated into the essence of the heart? Or is it like a parallel body? 💛✨ […]

The soul is not embedded in the physical heart. It is in the fourth dimension, which is not exactly a parallel universe but a world that interlaces with the other three dimensions of the mind, life and the physical universe.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

In videos, one often sees The Mother seated while people come one by one to meet her personally. For those who had the opportunity to meet The Mother in this way, is it understood that they go to the plane or world of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother after death?

Yes, The Mother remarked once when a disciple died that She saw Sri Aurobindo’s symbol stamped on her forehead and the great assurance that he gave for all who died in the Ashram would not go through the realms one passes after death. They would come straight to Sri Aurobindo’s dwelling place in the subtle physical world …

The SuperMan is visible, audiable, conversable, mixable, and livable on earth by ordinary earthly humans also. with earthly human senses Is that true? The Supreme God will walk on earth like Shri krishna, but not only one, but many Krishnas as Superman. Am I right?

Yes, in principle yes. It will be a race of evolved beings who will embody the new consciousness, the new Light that enables them to live in wideness, inner freedom, love, compassion and delight. They are beings full of benevolence and the power to change earthly life through the inner knowledge to which they are open. But their …

What is the step-by-step method to pray to Mother Mirra or Sri Aurobindo? And which book would help? I am exhausted from trying everything—rituals, astrology, meditation, and mantra sadhana. Nothing works, and I have almost run out of money; at 26, I am completely dependent on my parents. Every month brings some ailment—migraines, asthma, or stomach pain. I’ve gone half-mad from taking so much medication. I see no path forward—no idea whom to turn to or whom to accept as a guru. If Mother helps others, why isn’t She helping me? How do I open myself to Her? I have literally no money or friends; my phone and my parents are my only companions. All I have are books by Sri Aurobindo, Mother Mirra, and other spiritual gurus. I even fight with my mother at home, though she cares about me; she has her own health issues. My father suffers from depression and doesn’t go to work, so 80% of his salary gets cut. I haven’t been able to study at all this year; even when I do try, I can’t retain the concepts. What should I do? I have to go to Bangalore again on September 11th. I’ve tried everything—meditation, mantra sadhana, astrology, rituals, and books—but I have no energy left now, nor any faith or hope. Please tell me what to do. Everyone kept telling me to read this book or that, read the Gita, try astrology, or practice meditation—but nothing has changed. After all this, I am in the exact same place I was 7 or 10 years ago. It is a bleak existence—the same patterns, constant suicidal thoughts, nightmares, and extreme loneliness. I cannot go on living alone like this anymore.

Are you not repeating the same mistake by asking for a step by step method? The fact is that reading does not help if we are not willing to apply what we read into practice. Books can at best guide us about what we should do. But the doing part, the action itself has to be done by us. That is what is known as the law of karma. Books, …
