In the Age that is dawning, the means of production and the objects being produced are bound to change. It is this change in the way of life, its necessities that will reset the balance. It is already happening in some ways. That is why it is important to upgrade the skills and align them to the new and changing scenario. Those who can adapt will go through. Those who cannot will fall back or find ways to diversify. Each challenge of life, in fact, does that. It acts as a spur for progress and the progress comes by aligning with the forces of the future. Or else one falls back.
The whole concept of a job is going to change. One has to be courageous and innovative, especially during moments of transition.
