The Divine is everywhere and in everyone, including the Chinese, Indians and all the rest of the galaxies and the universe. Even in the particle of dust, the Divine is present as an essence, the Source, the Origin of creation, as well as within each and every element.
The purpose of creation, however, is to manifest the One as the Manifold Unity. Hence, within Him, there emerge multiple divine centers, each of which carries a little blueprint of what aspects of divinity it would express through the great adventure of Time and Space. This is the jivatma or the central being. This jivatma sends down a portion into the play of time and space. This is the divine spark or the soul that will develop through life and death and rebirth into an individual psychic being.
This process of development of the individual soul (which is a spark of the Divine, so to say) into a full-fledged psychic being and thereby express its full divine possibility takes place only upon earth. Neither other planets or stars nor other planes of consciousness, including the gods carries the soul within. Though life exists everywhere and there must be other systems of stars where it is present but this evolutionary development of the soul through a series of births into a fully developed psychic being is unique to the earth. Thus, we can say that the soul is the indestructible divine element or divine seed within the earth. It develops into a psychic being through the cycle of rebirths.
Now it is said that the Mother also reveals to us that the Chinese originated on the moon and later emigrated to earth due to a climate crisis. However She also mentioned that due to long stay upon earth, they must have acquired some remnants of the psychic through a natural process of mixture with earthly beings.
