I have a question, and I hope you will forgive me if it sounds a little confusing. I work in one of the departments of the Ashram. I have joined this place to Serve Her and to contact Her inwardly. But the atmosphere there is quite tough and almost everyone is scolded frequently, sometimes with reason and sometimes without. While the scolding itself is not the real difficulty, what troubles me more is that in a place where we are meant to grow inwardly and deepen our contact with the Divine, that sense of presence feels almost lost. They are believed to be Avatars of some god or goddess. Is there really any truth to it or is it just fanciful imagination? Is it okay to offer your actions to The Mother hence if you respect Her want want to offer nice things then you would act according to what is required.
