AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

People say you cannot buy time because time is money but if you buy things which can save your time isn’t it a way you are buying time?

Asked by 12 year old boy.

Time is precious and money is not the only precious thing in life. Friends, family, studies, good character, education, health are all precious, more precious than money.

One may lose money and get it again. But if one loses health, character, intelligence it is difficult to get it back.

Hence one should try to use time to gather these things especially when during early years of life such as when a student. For if one wastes that precious period then it is difficult to acquire these most precious things.

Affectionately,

Alok da.

Alok da, it’s been like two-three years since I got an introduction to Savitri, and discourses upon it by M P Pandit, yours and others. I intuitively knew – this is a text that I should be carrying like an inner recitation throughout my life from now on, but still I came to postponing and delaying totally getting into it all this time. πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ»πŸŒ»πŸ“–[…]
