Upasana specifically refers to worship and devotion, sitting near, at the feet of the Divine as a means of sadhana.

At what point does one know that one has attained perfection and mastery in the goal and needs to stop? Is it a forever moving goal in itself? Because one has to stop somewhere otherwise there will be confusion.ππ―π§π£οΈ
