What is the place of training or discipline in surrender? If one surrenders, can he not be without discipline? Does not discipline sometimes hamper?

Maybe. But a distinction must be made between a method of development or discipline and a willed action. Discipline is different; I am speaking of willed action. If you surrender you have to give up effort, but that does not mean that you have to abandon also all willed action. On the contrary, you can hasten the realisation by lending your will to the Divine Will. That too is surrender in another form.
What is required of you is not a passive surrender, in which you become like a block, but to put your will at the disposal of the Divine Will.

Dear Alok da, I read your answer recently about how to know that someone is possessed by Hostile Forces, my question is in that context. I have recently moved to a new place where we were staying in the flat provided by company for two months and meanwhile we were traveling also back to my old house to transfer all our belongings to new place . I faced a situation with myself , which was later termed as panic attack as I got very angry and lost touch with reality.I did started feeling of fear from the airport itself when I was travelling back to my old house .Later in the day I had an episode which who ever saw can say that I got psychologically disturbed .Infact my husband has to call emergency services because of my situation and I was kept whole night under observation. I was feeling very disturbed from the airport was anxious and I wanted to end up my life because of some petty reason. This has never happened with me earlier .
