I think I am trapped in the hands of hostile force. I have tried to get rid of it. But unable to avoid it. Mean when her phone call comes automatically a sexual vibration run through my body automatically. Or can I slowly, slowly get rid of it one day?
If I will cease or hold this thought for a while & tell myself & praying to the mother please help me to get rid from it. It also requires some strength. What is the actually proper procedure? As it’s a very enjoyable thing so it’s difficult to get rid of it. Many say it’s an age problem. But I think if one can hold these energy during this age (22-30). He can do anything for the divine mother. But where it’s possible. Forces & environment & also the body’s biological construction do not permit us to do & to maintain a healthy life. Or have I developed a wrong psychology/ thought that only brahmacharis are the great? What is the mechanism behind this?
One cannot get rid of sexual thoughts by forcefully suppressing them, especially at your age and the circumstances of your life. The world is full of these vibrations. It is not a question of this or that girl or boy. The whole world is in its grip and promotes the sex appeal. Knowing this difficulty, the ancient world tried the principle of marrying one woman, number of women, prostitution, punishing promiscuity, complete withdrawal into sannyas, but nothing has truly worked. You will leave this girl, but the unchanged nature will push you to find another. Better, at your age and circumstances, to practice sanyama, moderation, than nigraha, abstinence.
Besides this, to stay busy and do vigorous exercise. Turn the mind away into some work when these thoughts come. Slowly, these will begin to fade as your main energy is directed towards some high aim. Otherwise, these lower energies keep circulating and finding ways and means to enter. Light up the fire of aspiration and turn your efforts, thoughts and will towards some high spiritual goal.
