We know of so many people who are facing impossible situations and problems and they are helpless. They do not know what to do or whom to ask.
This is a dedicated site for those who are searching for answers, who want to break from their present repeating circles of life and looking for answers that will understand them, help them find a new way-a new solution towards life beautiful and Divine.

I was studying the Gita in the light of Sri Aurobindo, where he mentions that as per Sri Krishna first you have to realize the Self and continue to work in a Yogic spirit and then surrender to me with love. I am bit confused here that whether one should focus on realizing the Self and then move towards Sri Krishna as we see in the life of Sri Aurobindo that he first realized Nirvana which was followed by Vasudevam sarvam iti? Or to start with surrender to Sri Krishna from the very beginning itself even prior to Self realization? The second alternative looks to me more appropriate than the earlier one, but just want to have your thoughts about my thought process?🪈🪶🌅📖
Sri Krishna and Sri Aurobindo both confirm that by surrendering to the Divine one will surely realise the Self as well as the Divine Personality

For quite a few years I have been under significant financial pressure due to debt, and despite sincere effort and responsibility on my part, I feel stuck. This on going constraint has begun to affect my inner state and my approach to the Divine, and I wish to understand the right attitude a sadhak of Integral Yoga should hold in such circumstances.💸📉💨🙅♀️
There is a beautiful passage in Savitri which is quite illustrative of the attitude needed as we pass through the various challenges of life.

I read in Agenda 3 April 1962: “I am no more in my body. I have left the Lord to take care of it, if it is to have the Supramental or not. I know, and I have also said, that now is the last fight. If the purpose for which this body is alive is to be fulfilled, that is to say, the first steps towards the Supramental transformation, then it will continue today.”😇♾️☀️🌌
The first statement of the Mother about no more being in the body and the Religion in the name of Sri Aurobindo is on the

I am also The Mother’s child. When I was in my student life I came into the contact with The Mother & Sri Aurobindo due to my employer CA. Later I started going to the center and read the books of The Mother & Sri Aurobindo. At present I am CA. In my early career I started teaching as profession but due to voice box issue I need to left. So I started with share market work but from last few months I am making losses. Recently I read The Mother’s literature where she say not to work in the field of Share Market. Now I don’t have enough client to even maintain my office expense. How should I earn to manage my livelihood? 📈💰💸
I am not sure why you did not continue keeping CA as your main profession and instead went into the Share Market as the mainstay

A couple of days back in one of the talks you mentioned about overcoming guilt and offering the anti divine to The Mother. How one can stop or control a bad habit and/or remove guilt hindering their spiritual journey? How to offer this anti divine to The Mother.🪷🤲🕊️🌹
Thanks for the question. The first step is to stop judging oneself negatively or positively based on certain ‘bad’ habits. Certain habits are bad because

I have been scolded and banned from using headphones in wards , which I used to listen to your videos or Mother’s music in free time. I keep feeling that I should just leave this pg seat and join Sri Aurobindo Ashram I know life won’t be easy n chill anywhere if I am not peaceful within but at least in Ashram I would be able to remember Maa all the time and wouldn’t have so many restrictions. Any advice on this how to deal with such situation??🤯🌀🌫️

Last night, I dreamt of you again—it felt as though the dreams were unfolding like a continuous series. There was a classroom where you were teaching something….💤😴🌙☁️
The first dream is about the need for concentration and one-pointedness.
The second dream is about the long journey through the seven-fold opening of the…

Sri Aurobindo says that all that we reject from the conscious goes and settles in the subconscient. How do we destroy the very seed from the subconscient itself? What are some practical methods to do it?🌊🕳️🌑
The Mother spoke of the mantra that works best in the subconscient parts. The mantra breaks the hard cover of resistances, lays them bare before

People make all sorts of effort to have God’s darshan; some even weep and weep, yet they fail to obtain it. We in the Ashram don’t seem to have done very much, and yet we are here with you. What has brought this about?🧿♻️🛤️🔄
Karma is an outer machinery, the Law through which things are worked out in creation.
But what seems outwardly a mechanism of Nature is seen

Could you please suggest me any Book by Sri Aurobindo and The Mother which I can recommend to them or say to all highly educated contemporary young adults having ingrained analytical thinking based on logical reasoning without any spiritual bent of mind?? Meanwhile, I will continue pray to The Mother for all these youngsters and finally trust Divine Grace which alone can infuse aspiration into their hearts. 🌅🖋️🦁🌸
There are some good short compilations from the writings that work best. It will depend upon the kind of interest that the children have. A

If one realizes that trying to change others is a cycle of ignorance, how can they help those who have no apparent need for inner growth without forcing them into suffering, and is the “spark” of transformation solely the work of Grace, requiring us to let go of the urge to “fix” others? ⏳🍂🌑 → 🌕🙏🏻✨
The Divine is the unchanging stable basis of everything but He is also in the change. That is why people are compelled to change despite

How do we differentiate between Rejection, Suppression and Expression? I mean, can we still be giving expression to something while rejecting it, sometimes just suppressing but not rejecting? Can you please make it clear?🔓💬👤🌧️
Expression is what one normally does under the impulsion of nature. It keeps one tied to groves of habit, in fact strengthens the tendency through

What is the difference between God and Man if stories talk about God’s having anger, jealousy …power hungry?✨🔱✨🛕
Stories of angry gods refer to beings of the vital worlds, the gods of the vital world mentioned in some of the puranas. They are

I just listened your response to the question about ‘Positive Thinking, Negative Thinking and Thinking Divinely’. The examples you gave and what you said about wanting only the Divine Will to prevail, no matter what happens to oneself, I feel that’s what Love means, that’s the Ideal in my Heart, not what I’m doing now. How does one make that choice at each moment or at least at every turn?🤔💭💡
It is best not to think too much about oneself in a self-critical judgmental tone. Quietly one should keep progressing upon the path offering our

Why does Sri Aurobindo appear to be so severe and repetitive in his critique of Shankara’s Mayavada compared to other schools like Vishishtadvaita, and is this intensity necessary to dislodge a 2000-year-old dominance from the Indian psyche, or is there a more gentle path for Mayavadins to transition to the Integral vision? 🧘♂️✨📖🕉️
Yes. That is quite a pertinent observation. But first we must understand that his remarks are not about Shankara and Buddha as a person, –

When He writes, we need to pay Rudra’s debt, then only Vishnu’s peace will settle. What debt is He talking about?🔱🌪️🐚☸️
The debt refers to the fact that Matter and material creation have been formed under the pressure of extremely powerful destructive forces, such as floods,

When I visit some Shakti Temples, I sometimes happen to encounter many people who start shaking in front of the Deity. Some even make noise while they are shaking and some shake very intensely. What may be the cause of this? Is it real Shakti entering into the body, or is some bad powers overpowering them, or is it some mental disorder? Can you please explain the Phenomenon?🛕🫨🕉️⛰️
These phenomenon of shaking and sometimes jumping in some temples, in the presence of certain deities is due to the presence of and possession by

In Gita while revealing the secrets of Vibhuti and even later in eleventh chapter Krishna says to Arjun that what you are experiencing is not accessible even to Gods and Maharshis. And the vision of Vishwarup is not of exclusive oneness where multiplicity is lost but rather there is the totality of world, God, creation, destruction combined. So is this the supramental experience?🏹🎯⚔️🐎
Both your understanding is true and right.
Before the Gita, there is the main emphasis is primarily on the two sides or aspects of
