I find that I have a strained or tense and cautious attitude towards The Mother, as if it is a fragile relation which I could ‘mess up’ due to the impurities in me. Why is it that I have these phases when I feel uncomfortable or uneasy, standing in front of Lord and Mother? As if they would be disappointed in me or ashamed of me. Two questions today, two years ago I had a back surgery, which went wrong. I remember even when they gave me anesthesia I was taking Sri Aurobindo and The Mother’s name, and had left everything to them. Now again they are talking about another surgery, saying that I have a cyst that has to come out and fuse L2 to L4. L5 S1 is already fused about 11 years ago. this will be 3 to 4 hour surgery. I have mentioned it passingly. Some examples:

Physical level suffering due to accidents, injuries, diseases due to discoveries leading to better and more efficient management.

Recently a devotee told me that until Mother is known, until we haven’t glimpsed the mother, until the Mother reveals herself as the Supreme to a seeker, yoga is not initiated in an individual. Hence, there is no yogic initiation, yoga hasn’t begun at all or rather it is a subconscious yoga. I would like to understand that clearly. What is subconscious and conscious yoga? [conti]👁️🧘🪷🕯️
