AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Day to Day Life

The need to find fulfilment or satisfaction of one’s desires from one human being only opens the doors to further and further disappointment. However good and even faithful a human being may be, he or she cannot fulfil the deepest need within human beings. It is so because the thirst within us is of the infinite and by its nature, no finite object or person can fulfill it. That is why human love begins to pale after the initial rush and flush is over. 💔❤️‍🩹🥀

Therefore there are two main options before you. Either to accept the outer situations and the realistic human limits and instead of seeking the fulfilment

Alok da, earlier it was very easy to see faults in others and feel angry about it and life was simple. Since sometime now, there has been a significant shift in this tendency. For every fault in others, there is a corresponding realisation of similar traits in myself. Also, while I am unable to control a lot of emotions like anger, jealousy, possessiveness and sometimes also hatered, but there is a simultaneous experience. As if there are 2 beings inside, something that quickly points out this mistake to the other part. I try to then surrender these tendencies to Mother and sometimes also write to Her. . Is there anything to be done about this?🎭🌓👥

This is great progress. It means that the inner being is becoming free from the clutch of outer nature and its habitual reactions. Keep turning

I don’t seek to ask questions as asking questions feels kind of limiting something when there is river like flow of knowledge and peace, it’s just that in the span of few months, I lost my mother, and after that my girlfriend who seemed to be so perfect and loving to me, and asked to marry me and tell how perfect we were, and she too got married elsehwhere and now have a son. So the only thing which is making me move is the hope that in the end at least god will be there, when nothing else is left , but I sometimes feel what am I doing wrong that I’m not able to calm myself when I thought I was strong already and is there any steps I can take?🌊 🎒 😫⛏️

I just listened your response to the question about ‘Positive Thinking, Negative Thinking and Thinking Divinely’. The examples you gave and what you said about wanting only the Divine Will to prevail, no matter what happens to oneself, I feel that’s what Love means, that’s the Ideal in my Heart, not what I’m doing now. How does one make that choice at each moment or at least at every turn?🤔💭💡

It is best not to think too much about oneself in a self-critical judgmental tone. Quietly one should keep progressing upon the path offering our

Therefore, I turn to you for guidance regarding even the most trivial matters or decisions, for I currently lack the capacity to discern on my own, possessing as I do no true knowledge. To me, you are the Mother’s Light—a light in which I place my absolute trust. I understand that you never impose your will, but rather illuminate the various dimensions of a situation; yet, I humbly request once more that you tell me explicitly what I ought to do? 🧘🕯️✨💡

When everything is told from outside then it delays the progress eventually. We have to open the doors of knowledge which will open in you.

If Karma is fundamentally a process of learning from ignorance rather than a system of punishment, how do we reconcile the suffering caused by “asuric” acts committed in that ignorance, and how can one maintain faith in the Divine’s control while struggling to see the spiritual purpose behind such cruelty? ⚖️♻️🪃🔄🙏🏻

Yes, thank you for the question and your dilemma or confusion as you call it is quite understandable. In Indian thought, the root of evil
