Hi sir, my nerves often get overwhelmed by strong emotions. When I feel afraid or angry, my nerves get overwhelmed extremely shaken up. I often end up keeping a lot of anger 😤inside myself. I don’t know where this pattern comes from, but I think the main reason is that I try to always avoid confrontations with people. I’m a single woman living alone in a flat in a metro city. I feel very very cautious and very anxious due to this fact.
